Who: This workshop is for women intuiting there is a deeper way to connect with themselves and the world. Sensing that opening the conversation with your soul will reveal unseen and lessor known parts of yourself. Sensing that when you clear away old programs and  beliefs you can create a life beyond your wildest dreams.  

The Journey: Our time together is designed to open the portal for your mystical, intuitive, and wisdom-sourced self to come through. To reveal what you really desire and align your vibration to this frequency.  You will be guided through a solo movement practice,  create your personal art and soul cards and integrate your discoveries through experiential exercises. 

When you connect with your deeper self and start to really feel why you are here, the direction and fulfillment of your life can dramatically shift. The cards that you create can be used as a daily reminder  or as a part of an oracle deck where you can call upon wisdom from your higher self.  The meaning and depth you give to the cards, the symbols, the images will reveal deeper and more subtle revelations as time goes by. Giving a timeless quality, and long-term helpfulness if you embrace them going forward.

Absolutely no art background or previous experiences in circles required. Beautiful and activating images are provided for you to work with in a collage style way. You might be surprised to find out how effortlessly kinds flow out, as if they create themselves.

The circle is held in a lovely and safe way to meet you wherever you are at.  Dress to move and sit comfortably. Come exactly as you are.

Snacks, water and tea provided. Bring snacks or a lunch that you would find nourishing.

Cost: $180 which includes a $30 supply fee.

For women who feel or sense the value in women gathering and rising together.

THE JOURNEY - These circles are held in a deep, heart connected container, welcoming you to come as you are. Wild, free, open, closed, tired, bratty. Every single bit of you is welcome! As we begin in sacred circle the outside world starts falling away to make room for your deeper hearts yearnings to surface and be spoken to. We will then explore a movement practice to land you more deeply in your body, peel back layers, release what no longer serves and embrace the natural rhythm of who you are. The evening will be sealed by integrative exercises with other women. You will leave with practices to support you in connecting to your intuitive, wisdom sourced selves, a commodity that is so needed in our world today.

YOUR GUIDE - "Rana brings a level of devotion and dedication to each circle that is palpable from the minute you walk in the room. She creates deep and heart connected container for you to drop into. You will find her work grounded in the body yet connected to the unseen spirit of things."

She spent over 15 years in deep practice and study of the feminine arts, somatic movement, yoga, Tibetan meditation, the polarity of the masculine and feminine, and the creation of oracle cards.

By the time we depart for home, our synthesis will ensure that all have we uncovered will serve as fuel for continuous unfolding and invisible support between circles.
